Methodology

Country Excel tariff schedules are parsed into line-level records (utility, customer category, voltage, time-of-use, and energy charge). A representative industrial US$/kWh rate is derived from industrial / business lines when a parseable charge exists.

When a country sheet cannot yield a usable industrial USD rate, ACEP’s summary calculation is used as a fallback and labelled accordingly.

Source quality tags (official, government, secondary) describe the underlying schedule — not a judgement of the tariff itself.
